Listing for your flights
Please note that these methods are only for airline employees, retirees and their eligible family members.
Some airlines now require that you list via ID90T or Myidtravel.com/myidlisting. Contact your Pass Bureau for the login details for the respective sites. If you use the link from your airline’s Intranet site you will be already logged in.
If you have to call, please have your possible flight choices ready (use the flight schedule application to help you).
In addition, you may need a combination of the following information:
- Names of travelers
- Date of hire of the employee/retiree
- Employee ID
- Passport Number
- Passport Expiration
- Passport Issuance Date
- Date of Birth
- Contact number (preferably a mobile number)
- E-mail address
- Paper Ticket/E-Ticket number (this is required by some airlines)
If you have to call, try calling outside of busy times and be courteous to your fellow employee.
